Dental Implants

A quick, painless and permanent solution for missing teeth!

Do you have trouble chewing food or being able to speak daily due to a lack of natural teeth? Dental implants are the perfect solution for you! With their quick and painless placement, we will replace the natural teeth that you miss, restoring the most beautiful smile to your face.

What are dental implants and why should they be used?

Dental implants are specially made titanium screws, which are surgically placed into the bone of the upper and/or lower jaw. They are a permanent prosthetic solution that completely replaces natural teeth, both aesthetically and functionally.

While taking care of good general health and oral hygiene and with regular visits to the dentist, your implants will last a lifetime, and you will solve your problems with chewing and speech once and for all.

Dental implant placement is one of the safest procedures in oral surgery, with a success rate of about 99%. Due to the rapid development of implantology, implant placement is a painless and safe procedure.

As for the type, in our dental office you can choose between the so-called standard and premium implants, and the brands we use are B&B and Nobel. The price of installation depends on the types of implants. Both types are very biocompatible, which means that they easily fuse with the jawbone and behave like your natural tooth.

For whom are dental implants the best solution?

Placement of dental implants is the ideal solution for you if you are over 18 years old and looking for a permanent solution to the problem:
  • Lack of one or more teeth
  • Complete edentulism
Lack of one, more or all of the teeth often causes problems with eating and speaking, which sometimes leads to a decline in self-confidence.If you are facing similar problems, the placement of implants will permanently solve them.

Types of procedures with regard to the condition of the teeth

Procedure in case of lack of one tooth

In the case of a lack of only one tooth, the implant placement has its advantage over the bridge due to the simplicity of the procedure. Although it is also possible to repair the lack of teeth with a bridge, the implant placement is simpler, because the adjacent teeth do not need to be filed down and thus they remain intact.

Procedure in case of lack of more than one tooth

If you are missing more than one tooth, implants can be placed and serve as supports for a bridge made up of dental crowns, and sometimes in combination with natural teeth.

Procedure in case of complete edentulism

In case of complete edentulism, we install 4-6 dental implants that serve as bridge supports. Here at Čolić Dental Clinic, we offer a lifetime warranty on dental implants, and we place them according to the highest standards of modern dental medicine. We provide full support before, during and after the procedure.

After dental implants are placed, it is important to continue to properly maintain regular oral hygiene. This includes regular brushing of teeth in the morning and evening, use of dental floss or silk and mouthwashes for the oral cavity. After the procedure, we will recommend special products for postoperative care and professional oral hygiene, along with regular check-ups.

Making and installing a crown

A placed implant needs a certain amount of time to fuse with the bone, which usually lasts about 3 months, depending on the complexity and type of procedure and the condition of the bone. After fusing, we will install a dental crown, which we make according to the highest quality standard and on which we offer a multi-year warranty.
